First and foremost, ABSOLUTELY DIGUSTING. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AT FOOD BUSINESS. Went through drive through ordered 2 shakes, sat at the window over 10 minutes. Not food but 2 shakes. Cashier at window talking on her cell phone as she is making one of them.When i ask which shake was which, ordered 2 different flavors, cashier says "I dont know" taps her extra long finger nails on the top of one of them. I thought it was a health food violation to have nails that long when working with and around food, but what do I know Im just a customer 🤷♀️ Either way that was beyond disgusting to be handling food, money and her cell phone then deliberately tap the the top of one of the shakes with her nails, thats also pointed. I ask to speak to the manager, she gets loud saying we are busy, slams the window. Then another young lady, who was working next to that cashier comes to the window and says, Im sorry we are very busy would you like 2 more shakes? Really? Why would I wait 10 more minutes and have the same person who just handled everything with those fingernails make 2 more? This is the worst service I have ever experienced not to mention the most disgusting. If I could give a -10 i would. Busy or not it shouldnt take 10 minutes to make 2 shakes, then you dont know what you just made ,on top of it all, deliberately tap your 2 inch pointed finger nails on top...
Read moreThis is the second time this has happened at this location. Drive thru was closed. Forcing me to have to park. Got parked after having to move because screen was out of order at the first bay. I pushed the red button and waited. And waited…and waited. After 15 minutes…still waiting for SOMEONE anyone to answer. Within that time, one employee came out to deliver a couple of drinks. She looked like her goldfish just died…so sad and miserable. Smile some, honey!!! It’s not the end of the world. She ever do slowly went to the bay and then walked back inside to never be seen again. The second employee had a little pip in her step to deliver one drink. ONE!!! Nothing more. Finally after witnessing more and more people piling into the parking lot I just had to leave. If I could and had it I would definitely tip $100 every visit simply because kindness and politeness goes a long way nowadays. A lot of people don't realize that their attitude, tone and body language could determine how it will affect another person who could be having a good or bad day. Also it's not easy to block out your personal stuff and have to smile and act happy when you may be dealing with a death in the family financial hardship. so I really appreciate the kindness of the carhops and order takers for going above and beyond despite what they may be going through personally.
