The store manager is arrogant, in her tone, and body language.....She does represent the qualities of a Business Manager, she appears a common denominator of no value.....I asked her boutique an item that had been tried and it deodorant residue and she told me in a very hostile demeanor that she could not give a discount and she told an associate to put the item back on the rack......Other occasion, I returned some food items less than 24 hrs according to my receipt, she told me that food item were not returnable.....I told her that ,There is no visual signs noted in the store to that effect and there is nothing on the receipt to ascertain that either. She refused to accommodate me...... This is the type people that you hire as managers, they are lacking company policies and act like the store belongs to them....What's Needed, i.e..Better training in customers service with knowledge of company policies, have a Business Degrees, no exceptions, with with experience....Not hire someone, just becauset they "appear" to be of the same fabric...Plus her business language was in the lack as well...... I like Ross Dress for less. I can usually find what I'm looking for. Shoes in larger sizes are not as plentiful as in the 7-9 size. The men's shirt selection needs improvement.
