Ulta Beauty — Local services in Dothan

I've had my hair done 3 times at this location. Once by a girl who's name I can't remember, but I do recall she was very nice and did a good job on my hair. The other 2 times were by Ronda. She is my Go To Girl. She has years of knowledge and experience. And, because she wears her hair short, she wasn't intimidated when I told her to cut my shoulder length hair into a Pixie Bob. Yeah, apparently, that's a thing now. At least it is according to Dominque Sachse, who's youtube video inspired me to whack my hair off in the first place. Not the first time I've had short hair either. Even though we didn't have very good pics to go by, Ronda nailed it. She got the cut and color just the way I wanted it. Figures, I finally find a great stylist I can trust, then I have to move away. However, I can go to another Ulta for cuts/color and Ronda said all they have to do is call her and she'll tell them all the info they need. I highly recommend this Ulta and most definitely Ronda. I have never had this issue at Ulta before! I usually have a wonderful time shopping in there. But this woman don't know why she kept an eye on me so much. I guess she thought I was stealing? I felt very uncomfortable and judged for something I didn't do and would never do. I suffer from anxiety and Mild depression also other physical and mental disabilities. I was just in there looking around and trying to find something I saw online. I did find what I was looking for. There's no harm looking around? I was also trying to find some retinol cream that a friend suggested I should try. But I feel very uncomfortable!

I have called went into the store a few times and every single time the eyebrow bar has been closed. Today after leaving the Olive Garden parking lot I call to see if they had any openings for an eyebrow wax. I stayed on hold for 10 mins. I actually walked into the store and asked to speak to the manager... apparently they have many. I asked for the store manager and got "Mary". I showed Mary my phone and told her I had been waiting for 10 mins to see if they have any eyebrow appointments. You'd think they would have apologized and answered my question.
