Buff City Soap — Local services in Douglasville

UPDATe: Blake, the GM reached out regarding my situation and assured the these issues would be addressed, which I greatly appreciate! I wanted to give some time for the store to reach out, but it seems the won't be reaching out. On 3/31 I went into this location. There appeared to be 1 employee that was working with 1-2 customers (I am not sure if both people were customers). The employee never once said anything to me. My mother was with me and we were walking from the back of the store to the front to look at launder soap. As we were walking past the table where the employee was at (It seemed like she was mixing up products, I am not sure) I mentioned that I was about to check out. A couple of minutes later, I turn to head back to the back of the store where the register was (thinking surely the employee will at least let me know she will be with shortly). I stood there and nothing. After a few minutes I sat my items down and walked out of the store. I reached out to Buff City and was told the store was a franchise and they would have someone reach out within the next 48 hours. It is now April 9th and I have not heard from anyone. Sad to say I am not surprised after reading...

Love this store everyone is nice and helpful but unfortunately the loss of the star comes from being in there gave me migraine. I think that's something to take note of you're hit with a huge cloud of smells when you walk-in, everything mixing together so when you do try to smell things you can't smell anything even if your nose right up against the bar. This comes from them probably making them in house but better ventilation would help with this. You end up buying bars at a gamble based on the note cards you have there. Luckly the two I got sour candy and fruity loops, the latter I could actually smell in store since it was strong, smell wonderful. My friends that were with me also had the not able to smell the scent problem and as a result didn't buy anything. I'll probably just buy online and save myself...

All I have to say is Kandi is amazing!!! Me and my sisters had our Ladies Night which included our visit to Buff City, dinner and our prayer boards. We started here and it was the perfect beginning to our amazing Ladies evening! Kandi is EVERYTHING; she is an expert at her work! She made sure to explain everything from the products to the sales to the mixtures!!! And patient when it came to the million and one questions we threw at her! We had the best time and will be forever be BuffCity Girls!!! I purchased candles, body butter, shower gel, shower bomb, and laundry detergent! Let’s just say I’ll definitely be back to re-up!
