Lane Bryant — Local services in Douglasville

I wasn't greeted initially coming through the door. The associates were all standing behind the register in conversation about someone purchasing a house, which is absolutely something to be celebrated, BUT as a GM of a global branded hotel, I train ALL team members, managers included, as soon as a guest crosses the threshold ALL casual conversation must cease and complete focus on the guest! I was asked, after selecting a couple items if I needed any assistance and from that point the customer service turned all the way up! The team was attentive to me and other guests. This was my 1st visit to this location and became impressed with the way they turned my first impression around! Good job to whoever noticed it was time to stop the chatter!! I came to pick up three orders. The lady came back with two. I was very nice and said, I have three to pick up. She said there are two in one bag. She was wrong! Thankfully I checked in the parking lot. I went back in. No apologies, no nothing. I said, I even said there were three packages and was told otherwise. They could not find the third sheet for me to sign, but thankfully had the package. I get they are not making a sale, but this is the first time I bave not bought additional items from a store. I will stick to the stores by Cumberland Mall and in the West Cobb Avenues. This example is another reason I hate shopping in Douglasville. Went into the store on 1/27/24 with hopes to exchange two pair a jeans that were previously purchased for a smaller size. I had the receipt for one and not the other. One pair of jeans was in the plastic and the other still had tags on them and clearly had never been worn. The receipt was from November and I was told that I could not exchange.
