I bought a phone here not even two months ago...and was given a plastic screen protector to place on my new phn that I payed over 300 Dollars for was told that,this plastic screen protector was top of the line...I purchased it for 40 dollars...two days later I started seeing bubbles under the screen protector,but I didn't take it back right away because I work six days a week...I was on lunch break and the phn fell out my hands while I was sitting outside on break... a very short distance from the ground...and with this plastic protector on it my screen was broken at the bottom of the screen in two places.not a very bad break but BROKEN....I took it back to MDT hoping they'd offer me a solution or meet me half way on replacing my screen...I was told since it had a warranty I could purchase another screen protector for $10 to place on top of the broken screen...or I could pay $360 to have the screen fixed!!! About what I payed for this phn... plastic screen protectors are more so to prevent your phn from being scratched up... plastic screen protectors are not to protect your phone from falls... tempered screen protectors are more suitable for protection when your phn falls.. because more then likely the tempered screen protector will crack and not your phones screen...the customer service is excellent...but when customers spend money with you in the hundreds...you have to have better solutions for them...when you opt to place a plastic screen protector over their phns....and I didn't question it because I was trusting in them..then smiling at them while telling them it's nothing you can do to help them...I read some of the reviews and ppl only have great things to say" about MDT...ONE person was offered a replacement phn while there phn was being fixed... another customer said they couldn't pay right away...and they worked with them...I didn't get any of that...it was oh well.... good customer service counts...but you have to make sure you offer your customer's solutions so that they'll continue to do business with you...and tell other's about how good your establishment is...every customer counts...never let anyone leave unsatisfied with how you handled...

The gentleman who completed my repair went above and beyond by waiting 20 minutes past closing just so I could pick up my device. That level of care and commitment is rare to find.

Read moreThis place is truly a hidden gem! I took my MacBook to the Apple Store at Cumberland after it wouldn’t power on due to liquid damage. Unfortunately, they told me it couldn’t be repaired and that I would need to purchase a new one. Luckily, I found this shop, and they were able to fix it!
