So I attempted to purchase a 8 wing combo and an impossible burger which I have had before and it was amazing, this time the cook blackened my burger bun as it was hard to the touch, I didn’t even ask that he re cook my food I simply asked for a new top bun in which the owner refused to give me a new top bun, I understand he was the only cook this day but when another worker tried to switch the top bun (due to him being so busy that he’s burning the customers food) the owner wouldn’t allow the worker to switch my bun either. I have spent a lot of money at this restaurant only to be treated like this, so I will NO LONGER SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS WNB FACTORY RESTURANT OFF FAIRBURN RD DOUGLASVILLE… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! And yes I asked for a refund!!! Thank you to the two young ladies who gave me excellent customer service. And this is my burnt bun perfect example of the poor customer service this establishment gives out, instead of an apology the owner responds by telling lies I ordered my food from FAIRBURN rd WNB Factory and not once did I have a bad attitude unless your talking about the horrible smell when you first walk in from a possible stale mop, I just asked what that smell was yes I had a bad attitude after you took my money and gave me burnt food yes I then had an attitude because you didn’t have the decency to simply replace the burnt bun you won’t stay in business like this by treating good customers BAD!!! Read morePoor customer service. I was a frequent patron on the restaurant visiting about 3 or so times a month. Had a problem with the order. The wings were to spicy for my grade school child. I get them all the time for myself. I tasted the one bit and it was spicy. Not sure if anything was done differently or what. I called and spoke with owner/manager to see if I could bring the wings back for a different favor or something. He was defensive and unwilling to resolve my complaint. He stated the order was correct but I informed him my child couldn’t eat them. He did not offer anything to resolve the issue. Not one time did I raise my voice or get defensive. After all it was 8 o’clock at night and my child needed to eat an already late dinner. After going back and forth for a few minutes I informed the owner/manager that I was disappointed in the level and quality of customer service he exhibited. I informed him the I would take my busy elsewhere. He said ok. In the times were in everyone is on the edge but you still have to have integrity restaurant owners. Eating out is a sacrifice for some. I moved to FL/GA in 2005 and have been on the search for food that reminds me of home, namely, cheese steaks, pizza, etc., and to no avail. Today (3/23) was my birthday and I didn't want to cook and I surely didn't want any nasty fast food. I found your restaurant on Doordash and look at your menu, and while I didn't have high hopes, I saw the cheesesteaks and chicken cheesesteaks and I had to give it a go. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak with mushrooms and grilled onions for myself. You guys... Wow! Thank you for "taking me home" for my birthday. You've gained a new customer and are now my new favorite spot. My chicken cheesesteak was absolutely incredible, from the perfect roll, to the meat, to the cheese, to the excellent flavor.
