We rented the bounce house. We were told they usually cancel on days that it was windy. We were told that if it seemed gusty to unplug and wait until it’s fine but either way it wouldn’t go anywhere because it was staked down good. 4 hours in, the wind took the bounce house. Thankfully, I guess, only my 12 year old niece was half way out so she only tumbled a bit. She was ok, terribly bruised knees, but not seriously harmed. I rented this for my sons 5th birthday. We had just opened presents before this happened so thank God he was more entertained with the new gifts at the moment instead of him and his friends playing in the bounce house. I now have 12 children that are terrified of bounce houses because of what happened. I understand that maybe it wasn’t all the companies fault, but if you say you usually cancel then tell me it isn’t going anywhere because it’s staked well then it does fly, at least 300 foot, I don’t feel as if I’m responsible to pay the full day price when I called and told them to come get it after 4 hours. I asked them to at least meet me in the middle and split the cost. I paid a total of $250. They only gave me back $50. They did say they would discount the next rental. 😂 but now I have terrified children that say they will never get back in a bounce house. That $50 they gave back didn’t even cover the delivery fee. It was $65 just to have it delivered.
The young man that delivered it, put it up and came and picked it up, was great. We had a conversation about the stakes they had and he even admitted that they used to have longer ones.
It’s a fail in this company if your employees even agree that they should have better stakes than they are provided but they have no control over that.
Shame on you Mr.Moonwalk. You now have 12 traumatized children because of you lack of safety. Also, can’t even half the pay with your customer...

However this time the experience was horrible. I wasn't able to be home during delivery. Having done business with them before and having a repore built, so I thought, I requested they come at 1pm, when I would be there and pick up the additional fees owed. These people treated me as if I were a criminal and a crook, threatened to Pick up the bouncehouse in the middle of my child's party. Friend arrived and there was nobody there, was told to call prior to him arriving so they could have everything ready and he called more than 7 times and nobody picked up the phone.
