Dear Taco Bell, When I walked inside your chain fast food industry I had a little faith that you would satisfy my need for food. I was hungry. I only had one thing in the top of my mind... I had a dream. It was of your Crunch Wrap Supreme. That was the only thing that could fill the void that had grown so deep inside of my stomach and my every-being, but alas I was wrong...
I don't know what I did to deserve this poor excuse of a meal. It falls short on everything, in expectations, taste, presentation, nutritional value, and yes in quantity. Not to mention, the absurd waste of time it took to even get it.
Your telling me it was a "Crunch Wrap Supreme"... Pssh. It was a empty cold tortilla filled with nothing. I even ordered with extra filling. I kept biting and chewing hopeing I'd get a taste of the meat or cheese... Like a Ethiopian child looking for water I found nothing. NOTHING!!
I prayed to God, for I had felt I had been a victim to a brutal experiment in human suffering. To everyone reading this do not be deceived by the light on their menu board, it's unspoken promises and filled with nothing but lies, which by the way is at least filled with something unlike the Crunch Wrap Supreme. This has been one of the worst things I've consumed.
Now for your Nacho Fries I only have 2 words for it "Delete it". Stale piece of cardboard with no seasoning. Delete it I repeat!! I've eaten better fries at my schools cafeteria and that's low. I don't think you can even call these fries anymore, they are just irredeemable pieces of potatoes with a pinch of diabetes.
If there's one thing that Taco Bell did right in the grave it dug itself was adding the Mountain Dew Baja Blast. Low-key it's the only thing worth getting here. Just get that soda and go to the Popeyes right next to it. What a shame your even...
Read moreIt's been several years since eating taco bell and I realized 3 of my kids have never even eaten it! So I decided to order online for lunch and pick it up in the drive thru. Placing ther order was super easy online btw. I come thru around 2:30 and there are zero cars in the drive thru. I pull up and I'm greeted, my order is confirmed. Everything is golden until I'm asked to pull up and they'll bring out my order. That's fine, then my food will be nice and fresh, right? Well after waiting 11 or 12 minutes (and at this point I am watching the clock) the lady comes out with my food and says sorry for the wait. Then I realize there's no sauce in the bag which I requested at the window. Now the drive thru is full of cars and I have to go inside to get sauce. By the time I have to wait 10 minutes for the food then have to get out bc someone forgot condiments, this absolutely defeats the purpose of me ordering ahead and picking up in the drive thru. Im a mom of 4 with a career and these days my life is about working smarter not harder and using convenience features available with technology. If I have to get out with 4 kids with me it's no longer convenient. I know I'm long winded, but that's my one and only ever experience at this taco bell, and likely my last. This is essentially why I don't bother and we just eat at home. The food was fine. I was very surprised though that the mini quesadillas had a spicy kick to them. My kids...
Read moreI went to this Taco Bell a couple of days ago and bought 2 $5 box Nachos for my daughters. I basically wasted over $11.00 because once home we found the nachos loaded with excess salt. My daughters could barely eat the nachos. They were so nasty from all the salt. Why would you all put that much salt on the nachos? I should have known better anyway because the whole Fairburn Road food places have a problem with making good fresh food and are absolutely terrible with customer service. Just terrible work ethics with these people. I have visited most of the fast food places on this road at least once and that one time has caused me to decide not to go back again either due to bad customer service, bad food or both. Two days ago was the first time I had visited this Taco Bell on Fairburn Road and it will be the last. The only reason I went was because before I went I checked the ratings and trusted the 3.8 I saw on the website. I gave a 2 star rating only because the boxes are a good deal otherwise I would have only given 1 star. Watch what you do to people’s food. Do what the customers ask. There are individuals out there with health problems and you don’t want to escalate their health issues causing a law suit on your hands. I’m a single mother with 2 children that I’m trying to feed. I don’t have money to just give away to places that don’t want to make the...
