A family member referred me to Farmers, which is why I didnāt take the time out to read the reviews. Her furniture is beautiful & she never mentioned having any issues with her furniture or with the store associates. I wish I wouldāve read the reviews first, I normally do!!!
I bought $4000 worth of furniture. A sofa set to be exact. #1, the delivery drivers went to the wrong house. I didnāt make a big deal out of it because they did call & they were very friendly.
2nd, once I received the furniture, the sofa would not recline. They sent someone out to look at the furniture & he said the sofa was missing the piece that makes the sofa recline. He told us he would put in an order for the piece and someone would come out to fix it. Weeks went by and we never heard from anyone. I called the store and the associate told me they couldn't fix the sofa, but they'll send me a new one, when one was in stock.
However, they did ask me if I wanted the floor model and I refused! I donāt want furniture that everyone has been sitting on. I had to call the corporate office in order to receive a new sofa.
Weāve only had the furniture for a little over a year and the legs have fallen off, there are nails sticking out of the sofa and we had to take our daughter to the hospital because she got a nail stuck in her leg just by walking by it!!! Today, my shirt was snagged on a nail thatās sticking out the top of the sofa. Very dangerous! I will never buy any furniture...

The only reason I became aware of this was because I called to make my payment and the lady asked did I want to use card ending in XYZ. I asked her to remove it and it was never removed. I just paid my account off and asked for a copy of my contract that I signed. She told me it was illegal for them to give me a copy. Yet, you gave me a copy when I opened the account, I just did not have it with me in the store. I wanted to confirm I was not overcharged due to me being under a 12 month 0% interest agreement. Now I have to go home and then come back with the contract if I see a discrepancy. Also, the employees need more training. Every question I asked, even down to the warranty, they could not answer. Only "Tish" had the answers who was not in the office, although I was told last night that she would be as long as I came after 10am. It is 11:30am. I am very disappointed with my experience with...

They had to order a replacement and Iāve been getting the run around since then. As of today 8/28/2024, I donāt have the replacement and Mr. Rick (continues) to give me the run around.
