Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Douglasville

Every time I order from here there is a problem, I’ve stupidly given them chance after chance which is partially my own fault, but the one we used to go to when we lived in Michigan was great, so I kept hoping something would change here but clearly its not. They frequently forget our breadsticks, like literally every time, 2 orders ago they ran out of alfredo and substituted it with marinara without asking, when I asked for a refund (because I was NOT going to eat that) I was told I had to call back the next day to talk to the general manager and I called for 3 days in a row and the manager was never available. That night I ordered from the other pizza hut across town after confirming they had alfredo, so I literally paid twice for the same meal. The next two times the alfredo container is literally half empty, when we questioned it this time we were told “that's how we have to do it” so they're charging the same price for literally half the meal. I'm just done, I should have stopped going here a while ago. No more.

Food was great!

Don't dine-in here.. got kind of excited to find one that had actual dine in.. unfortunately, they are not very well setup for dine in at all.

Our server had us and one other table..the other table was there before us, and we got ours first...she struggled a good half hour before another employee came in to get the Pepsi dispenser spouts on the correct way... could not figure out how to make sweet tea with the dispenser, which both of our tables wanted... it was hard not to want to go help/ or give a suggestion (I've worked in restaurants many years now). The guy helping sat the ice bucket on the floor which is a sanitary no no.

Sad because we got there around 11:30.

Management should do a better job ensuring all staff are versatile and better trained when hired. I don't blame our server. She tried at least.

Could we have ordered online and ate in the car.. sure! But I can do that anywhere..what's the point of sitting down to enjoy it if you aren't setup to handle the volume of two or...

It was like the pizza sat in the door dashers car for an hour getting stale and cold while they over cooked the chocolate chip cookie so much an entire inch of the outer ring of the cookie was hard. I don't mean like a normal hard cookie, I mean crack your teeth hard. It took more than an hour to arrive from a mile away. These people aren't thay busy, they're just lazy. The door dasher called me to come outside to get my food outside my porch area like DOOR isn't in the name of the business, but Front Yard/Driveway Dash. I presume their drivers were busy elsewhere. Doordash is garbage service. Almost as bad as Walmart delivery. Had I known service was this bad, I would retract my tip. This isn't the 1st time this Pizza Hut has had bad service so they've lost my business permanently. Bad people working there who don't care, can't read and apparently don't have time to deliver $51 orders in a timely manner. We all know why this happens and are afraid to say it out loud but substandard people will never care...
