This shop is lovely and I had a great experience every time I came here before they started to get bigger and hire new employees.

My husband developed heart palpitations, so I brought him here to pick out a CBD product that could help him. We were helped by a disheveled looking lady named Skye. I should have taken her word with a grain of salt judging by her appearance and disgusting rotting teeth, but we all make mistakes. I told her more than once that my husband is a federal employee and he can’t take any product with even trace amounts of THC in it. She then told me “full spectrum” was what my husband needed. We bought a bottle of CBD pills by the brand CBD distillery that were over $100. They worked great. My husband finished them and I went back in by myself to buy more for him a month or two later. I was helped by a different employee that time, and I told him about my husband’s heart problem and his job and why he needed the full spectrum kind. He looked at me shocked and said “don’t you mean you need the isolate capsules? The full spectrum have trace amounts of THC” I was shocked. I can’t help but think that disgusting woman did that on purpose because she didn’t like that my husband works for the government or something.

Their loss, I was ready to become a regular customer and drop more than $100 a month at their shop. They really need to hire employees who aren’t so immature and stupid. Otherwise puffster is a great shop and the owners are awesome. But because of their employee’s negligence my husband could have lost his job and our lives would have been ruined. I won’t come...

Okay so what's not to love about this place. The other reviews are spot on. Family vibe from the married couple owning the place. The greatest thing about this place is that you are greeted right away and not rushed into any purchase or anything. Super selection of glass art big and small and accessories. I stopped trying to go to a closer place by my house to try and get supplies and started going here cause I know they have it and at great prices, worth the drive. This is defiantly a 1 stop shop for any needs you have. I have been several times to purchase and to get educated about functioning pieces and accessories. Hands down best shop around.

All of their products are super expensive, but not made very well. I bought a metal grinder for $40. It broke within a week. Bought some vape pens as well. We even bought their custom Puffsters vape. It looked really nice. The girl told us the charge will last for at least 12 hours being used constantly. It doesn't.. and the other vapes literally broke piece by piece very time I used them... Either they are cheaply made or I must be throwing the vape pens at a wall while I'm sleeping. Personally, the only thing genuinely worth buying...
