Sol's In Berlin — Local services in Dover

We were shopping in this store and my teenage Grandkids thought this door was leading into another room. My Grand daughter pushed this door and it opened. No sign was posted nor was the door locked. Lucky I walk over to them because they could have fallen and I would have sued that store. A employee not Amish walked over and yelled “No No No”. I said this is dangerous and there was no sign. She wanted to fight over that the door was locked and my Grandkids opened it. They are not little ten years old do to this and if it was as dangerous as it looked a sign posted and a good lock because what if a small kid would have push open the door because it was NOT locked. It's a store in the midst Amish country. There 2 buildings. It was not handicap friendly and difficult to see all the items. They had everything you can ; however it was a maze to get around. I was looking for a quilt and the only ones were babies. I hurt so much from walking around, I couldn't do the outlet and so I don't know what merchandise was there. I would say if you are in Millersburg, PA and want something from Amish country Sol's absolutely will have something for you, just be prepared for stairs and close areas. You will see things from your parents era and wonderful pots. The only warning: they are NOT handicapped accesible/friendly and because of that I did not have the option of just strolling around. Amazing craft shop. You will find just a bit of everything here. My favorites are the handmade dolls/doll clothing, wood crafts and candles. The candles and wax melts are AMAZING. They smell wonderful. There is three levels of all kinds of levels with a back room of deeply discounted treasures. There's always events, drawings and give aways happening. There's always free coffee in the back room and a little sitting area with a checkerboard the kids really enjoy playing with. A must stop if you are in...
