Absolutely dissatisfied with the service provided at this place. The woman working the counter was extremely rude to not only me, but also my family. Actually, rude is a huge understatement for this woman. We asked for a ring sizer because we were interested in finding our size but she just told us to step back. We were wearing masks and distancing but she obviously did not want our business. If she is that concerned about the virus, maybe she shouldn’t work there. Or maybe offer only online services if you’re just going to be rude to every customer who comes in. My grandpa has spent thousands there but after this, we will not be heading back nor ever recommending this place to our worst enemy. Even the rude responses from the owner to the customers on Google just shows you how unprofessional the owner is. Do not give your business...

The MOST FABULOUS DUDE (Owner) AND SILVER AND NATIVE AMERICAN JEWELRY THIS AREA HAS TO OFFER.I stopped in this business because I read the reviews but also am an avid lover of Native American Jewelry and Turquoise.I didn't purchase anything because I was short on funds but had the most AMAZING conversation with the owner..( I'm sorry..we never exchanged names) I believe names don't matter when you meet like minded individuals in this crazy world we live in...I've traveled throughout the Southwest extensively and own ALOT of vintage sterling turquoise pieces..but on.this early morning..I stumbled upon more than amazing southwestern jewelry...I stumbled upon an old soul and friend that I've felt I've known for years..Thank you my like minded friend.You truly made my day!
