Update: After posting my review, the owner response asked me to visit them again. Didn't they see the pictures that I posted? The mattress was terrible!! What part of "I will never purchase anything from them again" don't they understand? They did not offer a simple "Sorry about your experience." reply. That would have made things a little better. Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else. Check the ratings on the BBB website.
Original Post: I will never purchase anything from Jerome's again. I bought a mattress in October and four months later, it must be replaced because it was defective. The online customer service isn't very good. I had to go to the store for assistance because I didn't get a reply back. If you don't like the mattress after you get it home, too bad. All sales are final. Really? They told me, "If you liked it in the store, you'll like it at home." I won't do business with them anymore.
Update: Jerome's Dream Shop is a nightmare. They've changed my delivery date twice. They said they were not delivering CREDIT items due to inventory changes. Really? I would not be a CREDIT customer if they hadn't sold me a defective mattress in the first place. Seems to me they would bend over backwards to make things right quickly. It was not my fault. Why should I wait?
They finally delivered my new mattress. It does not feel like the one in the store. Looked at the label and it said, medium. I purchased a medium plush. Call them about it and later received a voice mail saying it the right mattress. Really?
Don't go there!!!!! Customer service stinks!!!!

Unfortunately, within a year I started noticing the bed would sink where I was sleeping and caused circulatory problems because my body was out of alignment. When a friend came to help me with some chores, while making the bed SHE COULD TELL WHERE I HAD SLEPT that night because THE MATTRESS DID NOT RETURN TO FULLNESS. Further, something was clearly wrong inside the mattress because you could feel it. We tried moving the mattress so that what was the head became the foot. SAME RESULTS, no recovery. I reached out to the company, which sent someone to look at it. By then, I had begun sleeping with something between me and the mattress. I had him to lay directly on the mattress without anything else and he immediately felt whatever it was stick him in his back. He sent in a report of his experience. They initially refused to exchange it saying it looked fine from the pictures the investigator sent. I had to fight to get them to READ his report before they agreed to exchange the mattress. I got a different brand and it ALSO HAS SIMILAR, albeit thus far not as much, sinking as the other. I'll never go back. THERE IS A REASON THERE ARE SO MANY 1 AND 2 STAR REVIEWS.
