Bought a 5 pack Saint Seiya as a gift. when I left I opened the box to check them out but they were statues instead of articulated figures like the box had displayed. I went back to tell them about the false advertisement, the lady ignored my complaint and said they were articulated and showed me that only the arm moved at the shoulder. I asked if they had refunds to which she said no, only exchanges because it's a small business. she didn't notify me about that before the purchase. I only bought the pack as a gift and wasn't interested in exchanging for anything else. The picture of the box is to show what it advertised and the picture of the statues is similar to what came in the box. Spent $70 and left...

Nothing special here, the selection isnt the biggest or best and the owners or employees are completely disinterested and rude. Horrible customer service. The old asian lady that owns the store gets annoyed anytime you ask her a question but i really wanted a pop so i bought one anyway and she was still rude even after i gave her my money. Save your money and time and go...
