Express — Local services in Downey

This store is located inside the Stonewood Mall and it's small but it has a good selection of clothes. They have the ladies' clothing on the left side and the men's clothing on the right. On the outside it has the sign "Express Men" that has all the clothing for men. The clothing is a little pricey but they sometimes have good deals.

I went to the store because my brother needed dress shirts and pants. The store employee was really nice in finding my brother's size and checked the stock in the back to get different styles. They have a good selection of jewelry for woman, lipsticks, and perfumes.

The store is well organized and clean. You can find the clearance section in the back where the register counter is. I wish they would label the clothes on clearance if it's for women or men. It looks like it is all compiled together. I couldn't tell if a dress shirt was for a...

I went to get my son graduation clothes. Worst customer service. The lady was helping us and when she took my son a different style of pants the man working just took those pants she left over the door. He was so nosey. Why you ask? Because they treat people like everyone is a thief. The man followed us because we chose a shirt and walked to the front. AND JUST KEPT STARING. Profileing. I spent 150.00. I have become a fan of express for almost 5 years now. I just love the great quality of clothes. I always thought it was a bit pricey, but I always take advantage of the sales. The reason why I don’t give it a 5 star review is the rewards program. The rewards program is ok, but not the best.
