I had ordered take out at first but my daughter decided to dine in I literally had placed the order while in the parking lot and by the time I walked in it was already in a bag is krazy so basically they bagged me up leftovers or cold food that was already prepared prior to me ordering then when I let them know I was going to dine in they said I would need to purchase something else I said okay that’s fine then the waiter that was to sit me down stood there for a lil while staring at me mind you there was a line behind me she didn’t even make eye contact with me or even said anything to me for at least 3 minutes before finally sitting me she asked if I needed anything to order I asked wat was one of her strongest drinks she looked at me with a grin almost in disgust then proceeded to reply with the Long Island I ignored it still decided to order something else then asked her if she could mark me down for a 2nd drink she said she could only take an order for drinks at a time I said ok that’s fine she took my card to put it down for the order and checked my ID then I asked if she was able to bring me a plates so we can eat so we wouldn’t eat out the boxes she looked again annoyed and said got u on the napkins like ??? Huh so u guys didn’t put napkins in my to go order but proceed to be annoyed at the fact u would need to give me napkins now that im dining in ? After that we ate and she never brought my drinks that I placed with the order I proceeded to tell another waiter she said she would let my waiter know they didn’t bring my drinks till after we finished almost eating and then I asked for 1 to go cup and the girl in the front asked me rudely if I’ve paid already with my waiter ? I’m only asking if I can get a to go cup because I have a child mind u I didn’t have my order with me and I had it in a to go bag clearly because that’s the way it was given to me at the table since my order was for a to go order and the way she asked was like I was going to run off without paying for only one drink literally the worst service and additude from the front girl and the waiter Kim only reason I’m writing this review is so that maybe they can see it and change the way they treat customers maybe they can also try smiling a bit or find them a new job where they are going to actually...
Read moreThis is a restaurant with ok food. They are open late so that's a plus. The prices are typical, a couple beers and two dinners are around $65. My wife and I arrived about 10:50pm on Sunday. The dining room was about 1/3 full. As usual the place was a mess, floor covered with garbage, no cleaned tables. The bartender was very nice. I mention that because after about 25 minutes we hadn't gotten any service from our waiter so I went on and ordered at the bar and paid. I mentioned to him that we hadn't seen our server yet and figured we would get a drink while we waited. It turns out that one of the two guys by the bar chatting was our waiter. Finally our waiter walked by to ask for orders from a couple ladies who had arrived 10 minutes prior to us. I get it. Waiting isn't the easiest job in the world, although the place wasn't busy. I politely waved and he told me to wait. Fine. We enjoyed our drinks and checked the menu online. When he finally arrived he said that we couldn't order any alcohol other than a can of beer since the bar was closed, and that he needed my credit card before he would put the order for food in.
I noticed the bartender was at the bar so after our waiter took our order I walked over and asked the barkeep for a beer and a mixed drink for my wife. The waiter scooted over and told the bartender not to serve me other than a small beer. The barkeep seemed confused, and the waiter said it was closing time. He was actively pouring drinks and continued to do so for quite a while later.
I am not sure what the deal was, i thought maybe i had offended the waiter by mentioning that we hadn't been served yet? My wife's take was that she felt it was a racial thing, I am a gringo and she is not. I would hope that wasn't the case, but it was weird. We were very polite. My wife was ready to walk out since I had already paid at the bar. She also asked for the manager. The very respectful security guard checked and said we would need to wait since the manager was busy. Again, understandable. But we just left and went to Dennys where the servers were super nice. We...
Read moreIf I could give this Buffalo Wild Wings a no star review, I would. It was, what I assume, a slow night. As we were seated at our table, it was sticky, crumbs all over (including the seats), and a piece of lettuce in the table. The host offered to clean the table a minute or two after we were sitting already. It took the waitress just about 30 min to take our order and at that with an attitude.
We ordered two waters no ice and two ginger ales, they never brought out our waters and gave us ginger ale cocktail mixers as drinks. We asked several waiters if they had the carbonated sodas, they didn’t even know what it was.
My husbands food came out first, he ordered 10 boneless chicken wings (5 lemon pepper and 5 mild), let me say those wings looked over cooked and barely had any sauce on them.
My food took about an 25-40 min to come out after my husbands came out. I ordered my favorite buffalo ranch chicken sandwich grilled chicken no onion. I got a buffalo chicken salad instead.
I sent it back with the waitress that brought it, then our actual waitress came back to make sure I ordered the salad. I assured her it was a SANDWICH not SALAD. She took it back.
That took another 20-25 min. At this point I was ready to just cancel that order and leave. My husband had finished his food by this time and was waiting for my food to be brought.
Now once it did finally make it to the table, the food was cold, the cheese was hard, and the chicken was rubbery. The only thing that was good was the fries.
I am at home at the moment with an upset stomach from eating here two hours ago!
I have been to other Buffalo Wild Wings and the service was always on point, welcoming, and best attitudes.
They shouldn’t even allow this place to stay up or have the title of Buffalo Wild Wings. It should be renamed to The Hang Out Sports Bar, because the bar was getting more attention than the actual family tables.
I will never again come to this specific one ever again. I’ll drive back down to San Diego for one because service there was always...
