We needed a package to be delivered in Fredericksburg, VA on Monday. We were at this location on Friday at noon. We asked if it would be there on Monday and the response was "Yes, our dates are guaranteed. We aren't USPS." well it's Sunday morning and the package was never picked up on Friday as we were told it would be. Customer service told me that there is no guarantee for Monday delivery and that since it hasn't even been picked up yet it could be a Tuesday delivery. Update: package was NOT delivered Monday as "guaranteed". It was delivered Tuesday afternoon when it was no longer needed. If you're going to use UPS, use the store on York Road in Buckingham. They're always great there and packages are always delivered quickly. Probably because they send packages out when they say they're going to.

Let me introduce you to Reggie, who is the hard working owner of all three locations. I had the chance to chat with Reggie for a bit while opening my business mailbox and he told me all that their UPS locations had to offer. These UPS stores are so much more than just a shipping service! Services also include: ▪️ Mailboxes ▪️ Shredding ▪️ Packaging ▪️ Printing ▪️ Notary ▪️ Passport photos ▪️ Faxing ▪️ and more! I have had an exceptional visit to the UPS Store in Doylestown every time I have gone there, and am looking forward to working with them more in the future

When you think UPS, you probably think shipping. I know I did, until I got to know Reggie Rytter and his team at the UPS Stores in Doylestown and in Warminster. They're so much more than that, and it turns out they are THE BEST printing company that I've ever worked with.

We have a lot of printing needs in our real estate practice - from brochures to business cards as well as signs, letterhead, envelopes and so on. Every time we work with Reggie's UPS Stores we experience several things which keep us coming back: Excellent quality work Fast turn around time Great value Friendly service

The "big box" printing shops and online shops can't come close to any of the above. Whether you're a small business like us, or a large company with wide scale printing needs, the UPS Store can handle it and you'll be glad to have a reliable go to printing company for all...

Went in today to ship a bike that was disassembled and packaged. Was quoted over $300 and when I asked why it was so much clerk said it was because of dimensions. I told the clerk that I was quoted UPS shipping on PayPal website and it was only $130 with the same dimensions and weight, then he told me the best he could do was $190... be careful these people are out to rip you off!!!! Do not do business here! Went there on the recommendation of the trek bicycle shop next-door who packed the bike. Was told by them shipping wouldn’t be much over $100

Update!! I shipped the box with UPS for $130. Same box same dimensions. You should teach your staff how to read a tape measure!! 42x8x30 @ 40 pounds
