I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Coach Outlet Men’s store, all thanks to Gamaliel’s complete lack of professionalism. He specifically told me to return on Wednesday to pick up a new bag. Trusting his word, we drove two hours to the store, only to be told it wouldn’t be available until Thursday.

This was a huge waste of time and money, not to mention the frustration of being misled. A responsible employee would have at least double-checked the availability before sending customers on a long trip. Instead, Gamaliel’s careless attitude caused unnecessary inconvenience.

The lack of accountability and professionalism here is unacceptable. If you expect reliable service, I strongly suggest avoiding this location—especially if you have to travel any distance. This experience has completely ruined my trust in Coach Outlet’s...

Came into the store to purchase an item. I was test fitting it right in front of the register to make sure everything fits well etc. while checking out the item, I had 3 workers check in on me within a short span seeing if I need “help” one had to ask twice. I replied no Im ok. As a customer who is purchasing an item, you’re allowed to test fit items, not be harassed constantly as if you’re taking something that doesn’t belong to you.
