New U Med Spa — Local services in Dr. Phillips

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE Around 6 or 7 month ago I checked group on to see that New U Med Spa has an offer for the Botox, I didn’t purchase the Groupon offer and since I was in the area, I called New I Med Spa to ask if they have offers over the Botox and they told me yes we have 20 units for $165 and they told me they can see me now so I went to them. I have been checked by the doctor who was in a rush, he did not speak much at all. He asked me where you want the Botox, I told him in my forehead, he asked do you want between your eyebrows, I replied I don’t think so, it was my first time and he knew, I was scared of the needle and asked if you have anything to be less painful, he replied that would take longer time. I paid for a whole 20 units at New U Med Spa and since I was new to Botox I didn’t know that they didn’t use off course 20 units. I went to another well known place around me who were in shock after knowing I have paid for 20 units as the new place I went to recently only used and recommended 8 units and I see a better results now than before with New U Med Spa and the new place I just used told me there is no way for us to use 20 units on you for the forehead area and all of them one time that would be too heavy on you. So New U Med SPA over charged me, never explained anything, Doctor was in a rush.

Edit: reply on New U Med Spa: I did not purchase Group on offer, I called you over the phone and just asked if you have offers and you told me that you have 20 units for $165 or $160 the unit was with $8 in your place. I paid upfront in your place. No way I got better results with only 8 units used in a different place for my forehead. Again I have gone through the same process a week ago in a well known place and I just paid $96 for my forehead and guess what their unit is more expensive $12. I don’t know where to start.... This is a long one, but definitely worth the read! I rarely ever write reviews so this means a lot to me. I wanted to wait til everything was done and settled in before writing a review. I recently went to see Dr Junaid Syed for a non surgical nose augmentation and lip filler and let me just say.... They are AMAZINGGGG!!! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! Dr. Junaid Syed and his entire staff; all the girls, every single one. From start to finish I was very well taken care of and each person really listened to what I wanted. I’m quite particular and wanted something natural and as symmetrical as possible that would really fit well on my Asian face. Dr. J did a phenomenal job on both my nose and lips, especially my nose because I I had this specific picture of how I wanted it to look. His precision and care was perfect. He expertly placed the filler in the precise places to help me achieve what I wanted and kept it soooooo natural looking! Like I was always meant to have this nose. And for my lips I also wanted naturally looking fuller lips that was more symmetrical (my lips were slightly as symmetrical) and that’s exactly what I got. The girls in the office are so attentive and sweet from start to finish. They checked on me the morning after and a few days in a row after they to make sure I was healing well and happy with the results. I did come in a week after my first appt for a minor correction after the swelling had subsided and Dr. J was so gracious to do it for me! I was so thankful! I cannot say enough good things about New U Med Spa. I really did my research before calling them and wanted to choose a doctor that not only does wonderful work, but does work on all ethnicities because each ethnicity is so different with distinct features. Thank you Dr. J and all the girls at the office for not only for the great work that you did, but also having wonderful bedside manner and customer care! I most definitely will be back...

SUPERB Doctor & staff!! There are not enough words to express how elated I am after receiving treatment with Dr. J! First, his technique and expertise are top notch. After months of doing my research, I chose Dr. J due to his reputation, word of mouth, and his photos of before/after. In fact, I traveled 1.5 hours just to see him and will definitely. be back He far exceeds Five Stars! Second, he was patient and attentive, listening to my concerns and desires for outcome. Throughout the procedure, he took his time perfecting his (amazing) technique, communicating with me, and just is an Absolute Elite Facial Artist. Such a wonderful and caring doctor. He was sure to make me feel comfortable and leave happy. Next, his staff are absolutely amazing. From the peppy and friendly front desk to his encouraging and beautiful wife to the awesome nurses, Arian and Shamara. These two were the kindest and friendliest souls! They knew I was nervous and really went out of their way to help me feel safe and at ease. Just absolutely cannot say enough about this practice. A+++++ all the way. *I received the nose reshaping procedure and he gave me the Very result I was hoping for. As stated previously, he is an Elite Facial Artist and a kind and caring doctor!!
