WonderWorks Orlando — Attraction in Dr. Phillips

I had a horrific experience at wonder works, My son had his 8th birthday party there the Glow Mania party on May 3rd 2025. The party host were terrible they did nothing but slam chairs and have a horrible attitude laugh at my guest. They did not serve the unlimited pizza we had, And refused to serve drinks or let us serve our own drinks that we paid for and were unlimited to my guest. They dropped the wing tray and spilled water everywhere. The host did nothing our experience was completely ruined my guest were hungry, felt uncomfortable and did not understand why the host were so rude. I was very nice and never once disrespected the guest yet she disrespected all of my guest and then followed us around the building harassing us and laughing while we tried to enjoy what was left of our experience. The host then tried to say my guest yelled at her but he did not she ripped a plate of food out from under his face while eating and tried to kick our guest out of our room long before our time was up. Gratuity is included and they get there money no-matter what there treatment is. I was not refunded for the food we barely got, not was there gratuity taken away no-matter how poorly we were treated. I spoke to management they said they needed to speak to the party management department and would reach out to me. I never received a phone call. I reached out again and spoke with someone else who was nice but told me the manager she needed to speak to was busy so she spoke with another and in the meantime she would mail me and my kids free tickets to return 6 free tickets. But I'm not sure if i feel comfortable or safe returning to a place where i feel my family and guest felt threatened by the workers and thats horrible. So much money was wasted on this party and nothing was returned and my experience was so so so bad! Do not go to wonder works or have your parties here tips are included no-matter the treatment and you do not receive what you paid for they literally did not even give us our food i think the host took it and ate it they ripped it out from under my guest faces before it was even time to leave and barely brung stuff out. This is very very unfair and i feel like 6 tickets is not enough to fix the ruined experience which was supposed to be special for my son and guest. I am so upset...

My family and i live in Bell, FL a good few hours away and my kids school had a field trip to WonderWork's. 3 hrs and 3 Dr Peppers later I finally arrived and like a dummy didn't stop to use the restroom on the way. They let me in before they opened to use the bathroom since our group was almost there. All of the staff were amazing and went above and beyond on our tour. Xavi and Julius were just amazing employees and had us buying t shirts to win a contest. They get down to earth with you and talk to your kids on their level. Made my son so happy that they could communicate with him like they did. 9 out of 10 definitely recommend this place just be patient and nice to the staff. They deal with so much and I don't even know how. So many people in a open room talking and it echoed even more and I don't even know how the young man and young ladies at the front desk even kept up with all that going on but, they did and hats off to them for being in such control like they were. So professional and a profound group of people to do business with. Honestly we wanted to do so much while there but we had such a great time talking to staff and cutting up with them and going through the whole building so many times we didn't even care that we didn't get to go any other places while in Orlando so we stayed there the entire day and didn't leave till late albeit we had the best time ever. Thank you to the guys and gals that had us there we really enjoyed our visit with y'all. I'll definitely be going back. But I'll only go through it next time once because my kid moves like a speed demon and I'm 47 and he is 11 and I could barely keep up. My feet hurt so bad but we laughed so much and my kid hasn't laughed that hard in a very long time. Thank you again for everything if you only knew what we been through this past year and to be able to just unwind and relax like we did and y'all to be so amazing was just an awesome adventure and one for the books. Thanks for bringing one rough year to a close with such enjoyment and laughter that the whole world went away. We will never forget...
