TLDR - if your an adult dont bother wasting your money doing this. Do actual skydiving instead or dont even bother at all. Only let your kids do iFly and 2 min max is good enough.
If your an adult, this is not a pleasant experience. Theres not enough thrill/excitement, your just in an uncomfortable position with air blowing in your face. They say you have to do 5% of the work, but in reality your doing way much more trying to keep balance and its uncomfortable. You'd rather do actual skydiving, where all your doing is gliding in the air with arms out, literally no work (search skydive dubai on youtube). You'll get way more thrill/excitement riding velocicoaster at universal islands of adventure.
If your a kid, this is a risk free decent experience... cause kids cant do actual "skydiving". 2 minutes is more than enough. I paid for 4 minutes, but when I did 2 minutes, I was satisfied with the 2 minutes even my brother was like "oh we have another 2 minute session... Im satisfied already". I felt like I did "too much work" on the 2 minute session and it was already good enough to see how this really is.
The instructor was amazing,.. very nice guy and enthusiastic. The lady at front desk was trying to upsell us. Price online was way cheaper than what she was offering us (3 ppl including myself). Lady said she didnt have the current time available which was 12pm at the time.... next time she had was 2pm onwards. We asked for 2:30pm, she said that wasnt available, but online it said 2:30pm was available lol..., Lady was talking like these availabilities are going to "get booked" fast. Clearly it was a Friday and their was no one there. Then she said 3pm was available.
We were contemplating because 1. The store price was too high, $180 USD... and 2. We had to be somewhere for 1:30PM and might not be back on time.
We told her "Hey, we will come back later", then she immediately offers us the "online price" plus "free media" if we pay on the spot. We pay on the spot and book for around 3pm. She only decided to give us the price online plus the free "media" when we said we'll come back later. I guess she's trained to do this and site is built to encourage you to buy the "best deal".
A week later, Im here writing this... they sent us the media link to check our photos... guess what... we cant find our names. 0.5 stars deducted from the lady, 2.5 stars deducted from the ifly experience itself when your flying. No hate to the workers, just hating the ifly company itself... you'd rather do actual skydiving. Sucks that I had to edit this review since it somehow got flagged by google and...

Iâm extremely disappointed with our recent visit to iFLY Orlando. What was supposed to be an exciting and enriching experience turned into a disorganized and underwhelming event that left many of our children feeling frustrated and even scammed.
To start, the first group only received one flight instead of the two that were scheduled and paid for. I immediately pointed this out when I noticed that they were doing a very short flight followed by the high flightâall lumped into one. I specifically asked about the two-flight time for the first group, but both receptionists responded, âThatâs how we do it.â It could have been corrected in real time, but they chose not to fix it.
During the second groupâs turn, two participants gave up their own flights so the children could have a better experience. After speaking with Alicia (who truly did her best to help), the second group was allowed to split their flightsâsomething the first group was never offered. Naturally, the children from the first group were upset and confused about the unfair treatment.
The whole experience felt rushed, and we were practically ushered out the door. The instructor leading the activity had a high-pitched, squeaky voice and a flat, disengaged demeanor. One child even commented that she âput a bad taste in his mouthâ and no longer wanted to participate. As a result, three participants didnât just opt outâthey left the room entirely, cutting their trip short after watching what they described as a silly and uninspired activity.
To make matters worse, the front desk staff were unsupportive and unhelpful. They refused to hand out the promised certificates to the childrenâsomething small, but meaningful. After several complaints from the children, I had to go up and personally request them. On top of all that, photos and videos for the entire first group were simply unavailableâneither viewable nor available for purchaseâwhile everyone elseâs were. For many families, this was a key part of the experience they were looking forward to.
There was so much hype leading up to this visit, and what we received was poorly managed, unfair, and frankly not worth the nearly $1,000 it cost. Several children walked away feeling disappointed and cheated.
I will absolutely be sharing this experience publicly so that other schools and organizations can do their due diligence before committing to an event here.
And just to be clearâthis is no reflection on Alicia, who did everything she could to try to salvage the experience. Unfortunately, the wrong people were at the...
Read moreBooked a birthday party with them for 7pm. At 6 pm the day of the party we get a call saying weâre supposed to already be there but weâre like no we booked for 7pm. We rushed to get there but when we get there they told us there was literally no choice but to reschedule for another day. Apparently when you book online, you are booking the time for THE PRIVATE ROOM but the actual flying is an hour BEFORE the room time. Nowhere does it explicitly say that online or within confirmation emails. After digging some more, the only time it is âmentionedâ that you need to be there an hour early is when you are already checking out, and by mentioned I mean that loosely. When checking out in little font it shows a time and hour before your room is booked. For example, if you choose your room for 2:30pm at checkout it will say 1:30pm-2:59pm but doesnât explain why it is that time. When we got there and were essentially turned away, the âmanagerâ said they could open up the second unused tunnel for an âadditional costâ as if we didnât already pay $1300. Honestly seems like they are scamming people with the dishonesty of the time so that they can charge them extra to open up another tunnel because they know for a party most people wouldnât really have another option. WHY would you have people book a ROOM time and not the ACTUAL TIME FOR FLYING? Makes no sense....
