This store is a complete scam. Everywhere you look there are “SALE” stickers, but there are no actual savings. Everything is marked up far beyond reasonable prices.

The quality of the merchandise is insulting. For example, the Jordan desk mat was pixelated and off-center, yet still being sold at a premium. The action figures along the right wall? Cheap imports from China being flipped at three times their online value (items you can easily find for $5–$8 elsewhere).

Even the wall canvases are junk. I spotted a Dragon Ball Z print that was stretched, the kind of thing you’d expect from a bad home printer, not a retail store.

This place thrives on tricking people who don’t know better and I honestly feel bad for anyone who wastes their money here. If you care about quality, or basic honesty, avoid this place...

The store is full of fake and/or drop shipped product. Everything is cheaply made and overpriced. You would be better off saving money and buying official merch or buying stuff from an artist at the next convention in town. The photos/vids on tiktok and insta make the size of the store seem larger than it is, it's about the size of a Subway restaurant.

We recently visited this anime store with our five children, all under the age of 12, and were blown away by the incredible service we received. The staff treated us with the utmost respect and went out of their way to make sure our visit was enjoyable. They patiently answered our many questions and even guided us to the right items that matched our interests. It's rare to find such a welcoming and knowledgeable team. We will definitely be coming back for more...
