My family was in Orlando on vacation and happened to find Freeze Your Brain Shave Ice while looking for something cold after a hot day at Disney Springs. It was wonderful and charged us back up for the night. The service was fantastic and this location has so many flavors to choose from you could go there many times and have a different flavor each time. For a change of pace, you can also have Hawaiian style with ice cream in the middle and sweetened condensed milk as a topper. There are three sizes to choose from ranging from $4.25 to 6.75. The kids will get a kick out of the color changing spoons that turn color from the cold ice. A friend and I visited the World Food Truck location in early August. We are both long time residents of Orlando and hadn't heard of it before, so we gave it a shot. It was great, but the BEST thing there was Kurt and his Freeze Your Brain dessert location. The caramel apple, and root beer float shave ice cups (with Blue bell ice cream in the middle) were extraordinary, as was Kurt, who accommodated a pretty rediculous request for a photo, which he immediately agreed to with an enthusiastic YES) .
