South College has got to be one of the worst experiences of my life. I started August of 22’. I was freshly graduated and full of hope for college. Due to my home life I needed an online school to be able to work full time and not have a restricted schedule. I found this school and began emissions and everything was beautiful. From August to July of 23’ had to be hell on earth for me. I was doing a pre-pharmacy program which essentially speeds the process up to attending pharmacy school (4 years in 2 with a focus on pharmacy) I was told I would have to pay back 5000 or so in student loans starting 6 month after graduation. Many pharmacy schools have certain pre-reqs required for pre-pharmacy programs. I compared list for the pharmacy school I wished to attend and the credits I would be earning and i saw some things that didn’t line up. When i spoke to the advisors they weren’t able to explain to me if i would be receiving all the credits i need to continue. Fine. However, a couple months later the issues really start! Sharon Davis tells me there’s documents I have to sign online and submit in order to continue with the classes (she says don’t worry about them it’s nothing) then, a month later they’re reaching out to me about being 3 payments late!? (each for 894$) That i had no recollection of! When speaking to everyone at this school, my conclusion of where these sudden payments came from, was I was receiving a grant through south college for my parent being denied for a parent plus loan. I talked to so many people trying to explain I am a single 19 year old living alone in florida, with no family members here and my mother had up and abandoned me in November so I was not in contact with her. I spent months going back and fourth with them repeating myself and being told they would figure it out. In the end their only option for me was to take out a private loan (i was denied without a co-signer). They asked if any parents could co-sign, no they cannot! This wasn’t even everything I went through attending this atrocious school. Only the surface. Please save yourselves and avoid it...

Read moreI’m actually upset I can’t go any lower than a one star. This school is only in support of money whatever they have to tell you the student to get it from you they will. I searched for a school for a long time to complete my Surgical Technology degree. I went and toured spoke to the instructor and fell in love . Which lasted momentarily because as soon as I started school every month I had a balance and I was wondering why because I was placed on a payment plan but each quarter the amount increased significantly with everyone telling me they don’t know why. Then they gave a 445$ technology fee that was not explained before school among other things that they charge you for. I was going on maternity leave they told me I would be pushed out an entire year and would need more funding , more loans. Even after they added my son and said I wouldn’t owe anything imagine my surprise when I log in and there’s a 645$ balance. The financial advisors never answer the phones and they act as if your a pest when school is costing almost 40000. I’m very upset because I simply couldn’t keep dishing out money when my son was about to be born and now all my hard work is gone down the drain because I can’t get my transcript’s because there’s a balance. DO NOT ATTEND!!!! I wish I read the reviews before. But good luck to all on your journey may give bless...
