The pharmacy staff is horrible. Poor communication and poor customer service even though they appear to be more than adequately staffed.
1st Visit: Pharmacy tech gave me prescriptions. I asked if everything was filled and in the bag. She said, "Yes." Got home and discovered one of the prescriptions was only partially filled. Had to return two days later for rest of prescription.
2nd Visit: Was told prescriptions would be ready in an hour. When I got to Walgreens an hour and a half later, the pharmacy hadn't even started to fill them. Had to wait 45 minutes in the store before they were filled and ready.
3rd Visit: Told the pharmacy tech I was picking up 3 prescriptions. She failed to tell me one of them wasn't ready yet and I wouldn't have known unless I asked her if all 3 prescriptions were in the bag. She did fill the last prescription before I left but if I hadn't asked I would have had to return the next day.
4th Visit: Went to pick up prescription at 4:30 PM on a Saturday. Pharmacy was supposed to be open until 6 PM. Note on pharmacy window and front door said, "The Pharmacy will be Closed for today. We apologize for the inconvenience." Now I have to scramble to find another pharmacy to fill my prescription before I run out on Sunday evening.
Going to transfer all my prescriptions to CVS or Walmart...

The girl continued to ask me if I lived at an old address in the system when she had my sons I’d with her, with our correct address on there, and we had already registered online. I then explained numerous times that information was incorrect, and I no longer resided at that address. I then waited 30 minutes for the girl to check on the insurance, and attempt to log me in again. I was turned down because my sons birthday was wrong on our insurance. The girl didn’t seem she knew her job or what she was doing. She was getting help from the other pharmacists to then tell me we could not get the shot.
My husband , and I both got our shots at another pharmacy, and no insurance was asked. We went in with no problems, and going to get our 2nd shot Sunday. Besides isn't this shot supposed to be free with an ID, the insurance is irrelevant. Again we have our ID and proof of insurance.
I am so disappointed with everything going on how we were denied.
I then left, and signed in to the CVS site, and have an appointment for Tuesday with no issues. Walgreens has always been my pharmacy of choice so this is very disappointing to me, and making me think twice about continuing to do...

I don’t understand how that’s half. It’s an anti seizure medication and they told me I should have ordered it earlier because they don’t keep that medication in stock.
why talk to someone like this like they’re stupid. How was I suppose to know the day of the medication was being prescribed to me, this location doesn’t normally carry it in stock?
went to pick it up in the morning like the lady on Friday told me to but told me they don’t get their shipments till 2 pm. Again, how am I suppose to know that? The lady told me to pick it up in the morning because your pharmacist told me to. I stressed to her the day on Friday that it’s an anti seizure medication that needs to be taken every 4 hours
