Pistol Annie's Nail Salon — Local services in Dry Ridge

I went here because they are American owned and a local small business. I love the store decor. The girls working we're great. Now the bad side. I got a full set with colored tips. Took forever to dry. They said I should be good to leave even when my nails were still tacky. So by the time I got home they didn't look very good anymore. I delt with it. But then no more then 3 days later all my nails where bubbling up and about to pop off. So I went back because they guarantee their work for 2 week which was cool. When I went back they were understanding and wanted to fix them. So I let them. This time I just did white tips with gel on it. Then again 3 days later all my nails where coming off again. So I said for get it. They popped off and left my nails horrible looking. 3 weeks later my nails are still splitting and chipping and not even growing. I've had 3 ingrown nails. Staff was friendly and place was cute. But it was the WORST PEDICURE I've ever had. She did not get the dry skin around the cuticles of my toes well at all or the ruff skin on the side of my feet. She spent very little time on the cuticles compared to what a really good one should have done. That's what I needed the most since my last pedi was in the fall. Will never go back. And to make it worse it was the most expensive one ever. Nice interior for a nail salon but their customer service sucks. I’ve never had my nails done here but I made an appointment for a pedicure and when I got there (on time) I was told that they couldn’t fit me in at the moment because both nail techs just started on other people (that were probably walk ins). So they asked me if I they could reschedule me for some other time or I could wait another hour for service. I said no, of course, and left. Therefore appointments are useless.
