Wife got a sample of the coconut cream fudge (she loves coconut). It was entirely too sweet and tasted like straight powdered sugar with little coconut flavor. Please cut back on the sugar and add more of the actual flavor that the fudge is suppose to be. I got a slice of the chocolate pecan without sampling. Can't go wrong with that (I thought). Again, entirely too sweet and very little chocolate. Normal chocolate fudge has a deep chocolate color and good chocolate flavor. This one is so light on the chocolate that it's more of a very light brown and just tastes like sugar with a hint of chocolate. I purchased Uncle Leroy’s Candy Kitchen brittle at the Arc Encounter location. When I got home and excitedly looked in the bag, one of the brittles I asked for was wrong. I contacted the customer service and they were WONDERFUL! Easy to chat with, understanding, and resolved my concern with sincere apology for their mistake. The bacon brittle and peanut brittle are mouth watering and because I can’t eat the coconut in the one I received by mistake, my mom got it and loved it! 100% recommend trying their brittles and truly appreciate the superior customer service!! Had the pleasure of visiting the candy shop! Many unique flavors of Brittle are available.....bacon, cashew, Carmel and more. They were all delicious was hard to choose.
