Absolutely horrible. A year later and I'm still finding things that this guy cut corners with (like a new radiator with the old hoses, old cap and old reservoir filled with old stop leak from them trying to seal a giant hole instead of replacing the radiator). I realize I'm a female but the kind of run around this guy gave me was ridiculous. Stole my exhaust minus the cadillac convertor, tried to give my car back to me with a giant hole in the radiator still a month and half later and then went back to fix it, took another two months and when he tried to give it back to me FINALLY 3 1/2 MONTHS LATER the Cadillac convertor was almost dragging the ground and when I pointed it out he rolled his eyes and hung it up. I still had to go get a new exhaust and because he cut corners... A more expensive radiator flush to not get stop leak in the new radiator... If he even put a new one in. I'll never ever ever go back here in a million years. I know a bit about cars, I'll just do it myself next time. He almost made me lose my job, its not worth the...

Took my car to get the AC fixed. Left a note in my car as I dropped it off after hours that I also needed the wheel bearing replaced. Turned out to be the tie rod ends and they fixed that and told me my car was finished. Went to pick it up AC not fixed and drove it home it was a miracle I didn’t get in an accident as they did no align the tires and let me drive it home. The next day we took the car back. 5 days later the AC is finally fixed but miraculously their tire align machine is broken. Rich and his technicians are the only people I let work on my cars. Fast, friendly and honest. Always feel welcome and as a woman, that's important. They never try to upsell you on anything.
