Went in on Monday and asked if it was possible to pickup anything on Friday. Was told it was not an issue and gave in stock options. Just picked up my Medals, horribly scratched and with the wrong color ribbon. I was told they sold out durring the week? Is that not worth a phone call to the customer? Then he said he was doing me a favor by taking a rush order. This was the first location I called and since they said no problem, I didn't even bother checking elsewhere. His remedy was to refund and take back the medals, except how am I going to get a new option in 24 hours? In addition to the scratches and wrong color, the engraving is not done in 3 lines like he described. It was done in 2 lines and looks very odd. I would never return and hope others look...

Jeff the owner came through for me on a last minute Christmas order, and stayed past his closing time the day before heading out to his vacation so he could engrave my gifts for me. Because I was in a rush, I didn’t bother looking over fonts or designs, I just brought in my goods to have him engrave and told him what works I wanted. His store doesn’t have much inventory displayed so I think bringing in your own is the way to go. Very efficient and friendly service and I’m satisfied...
