New review from service on June 26, 2025 Today I went and had a facial service after I went and use my membership for my float. All I can say is very good praises for Abby who did my facial. Not only did she make the room comfortable she made my experience with the professional facial really relaxing especially since I had no idea what to expect since I've never had a service with her. She very nicely created me and took me up to the room and explained what she was going to do and showed me around. I did not have a eyebrow wax or nose wax schedule but I asked if I could add it when I was there and luckily I was able to get the nose wax done but not the eyebrow wax because her wax pot wasn't working write today, which I had no problem with it but she kept on apologizing. Guess that means that I will have to come back again and get another facial with her and do the eyebrow wax. She even was so professional that she ask when she came in after she stepped out for me to get undressed if the music she had on was okay and I said yes and I really liked that because most people don't ask if I bothers you because you are there for only a little while unlike them which listen to it all day. The other thing I really like is that she was explaining everything that she was doing and explaining why she was doing it which I really like to know what was all incorporated in the facial and to not get startled when she came over and put another product on. She also told me that when she was done like pre cleansing and exfoliating that my cheeks had some redness in them and that she was going to change the mask a little bit to make it more relaxing and hydrating that what the normal mask was and I like that because if she would have done the normal mask it probably would have made my cheeks more red. In the end she even asked me if I had a facial cleanser to use because my skin was somewhat oily she said and I said no and she told me what her opinion was on what to get and I like that because I wouldn't know what to get but she would since she has been trained for the face. She was very professional too and didn't seem rushed when she was doing my facial like she had a timer going because I have had a place that had a timer set and literally didn't go over one minute than what the timeframe was for the service which I didn't like I think you should do a decent job and make sure you do it good. She even which some people may not like and get bothered by but I didn't mind but every once in awhile she would ask how I was , and I think also to see if any of the product was making my face tingle so she could do something about it which I liked because most estheticians would be like oh it stings that normal part of the facial and you need to relax but not Abby is not that way, You can tell she cares about her patrons one by one and not just like oh its another customer. Also with nose wax it was one of the best that I have ever had, I have had previous nose waxing before and this one has been the easiest and least painful that I have ever had so I don't know what she did but it was the best and didn't make my eyes water. Because the other times that I have had a nose wax the yanking of the wax hurt my nose and it made my eyes water after it got pulled out. Once again I would recommend Abby 100%, actually I would recommend her 1000% if that was a thing but if you are looking for someone to do either a facial or waxing go to her you won't be disappointed for the money that you pay and the service that you get from her. I had the fire and float facial and that was an amazing facial because I went it with somewhat oily skin and after that my skin doesn't feel oily anymore. Go ahead and give Abby a try to help a newer esthetician succeed in her...

Let me just tell you about this place that is how in the hell are they called a sauna by the way... The temperature of the sauna was that of a medium temperature steam shower from your house that's really not hot at all not like your girlfriend's hot water that's called your skin... But like the dude shower that's just a little bit hot but not that hot a little steam on the mirror that's how hot this sauna was not the temperature it needs to be I did not even sweat I sweat talking to the person to try to get them to raise the temperature of the sauna... That's when I started sweating and I knew that I was going to have to leave a review. Now sauna people you might try to reply to this review and just say I did everything to try to... No you didn't.... I bet you 101 odds every one of these 20 people that gave you a review are people that you know family members something along those lines. But you know your sons aren't the right temperature fix them... Please and I'll come back and I will actually give you an updated review if you fix your...

WoW .. AMAZING!! I recently started working out after taking a yr off due Covid. I was incredibly sore after my first week suffering from sore thighs, arms, a very sore right calf.. Ibuprofen wasn’t helping. At this point I was saying UNCLE!! I’ve heard some claims about floating and I decided to try it. I called on Saturday (3/13/21) towards closing. I was able to schedule right away at 9 AM Sunday (3/14/21) When I arrived they were open on time, I was sore and grouchy however I was greeted with a smile. I felt welcomed, everything was explained to me, and it was VERY clean.

I enjoyed a 60 minute session. Immediately I felt relaxed and all my soreness excluding my calf was gone! I woke up this morning Monday (3/15/21) and I’m able to walk on my right leg with little discomfort. Added bonus my skin is baby soft!
