Worst shopping experience of my life I barely ever go to kohls and i honestly feel the workers at kohls are racist because I went there with a friend and was followed around the store as soon as we stepped into the store and I heard workers give the other our description and told to follow us and they made it very obvious and I felt super uncomfortable and like I was being accused of being a thief without giving the workers there any reason to believe I was doing something wrong i didnt even touch anything in the store yet and tried to ignore the fsct but I decided to leave everything I was gonna get and leave and when leaving a whole team of workers was standing at the entrance and as I was leaving a worker made a rude sarcastic comment saying why doesn't anyone wanna buy anything today which I ignored the ignorant comment and left I felt so uncomfortable which is sad because I liked shopping there I think the workers there were all young ladies and it was so childish and was the worst customer service I have ever received in my life and have never felt so uncomfortable in a store in my life I don't understand the reasoning of why this happened was it because my friend was not white so u guys just accused I felt like I was in a different lifetime I've never seen...

First time inside a store in years. Went hoping they would have selection not showing on line, but they had been Black Friday slammed!! It was Cyber Monday and most of the clothing hadn't been straightened out yet. Could not find the pants/pj bottoms that daughter has on her XMAS list...darn, none on line either in large. Was told that they are unsure if things will be replaced for sure either when clerk asked if I was finding what I wanted. The clerk at checkout was extremely helpful, pointing me in the right direction intially for Cami, but selection was limited, and I wasn't seeing the difference of two types--she pointed out that difference. Then also clued me into additional savings happening online, and to check out their in-store kiosk. I was able to get better price online, and also get additional savings due to day special. Things are being shipped to me, and I'll keep checking about the pants... none yet as of today. Great customer service, I just feel bad for the clerk's that have that mess to straighten up, they were under staffed on Monday in my opinion. I go in around a little after they opened to find some work shoes, right as I enter I get asked “can I help you” before I could even get my bearing’s in the store entrance and in a unwelcoming manner as you say to someone you suspect to be stealing. To only get told oh there’s plenty of employees in that department as she points over instead of helping me through the store and even helping with the right employee avoiding me all together. Only for me to find the five employees all stocking same area and not one person could help besides one only picking up what’s in sight that was a black shoe, not a work shoe to leave me on my own to find all the shoe boxes not in the right places so even if I found one I liked nope can’t find the right size or it’s completely a different shoe in a place it shouldn't be. I left without purchase. This isn’t how to treat a shopper like a thug, or ignore them, this is how you lose customers. Do better Kohls I worked retail and call me old fashioned even if you don’t know that department you lead them to the right person who stays with them till they’re good to go so many...
