Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Dubuque

I really would like to give a ZERO star review. We experienced the absolute worst customer service today at this location. Waited almost 15 minutes before even being noticed that we were seated as their sign said seat yourself in bar area only. When given menus they were filthy & slimy with sauce and grime. Waiter took our order of drinks and appetizer. My husband didn’t receive his beer for 5 minutes after ordering because the bartender was no where around. Our appetizer came out cold (house sampler) and we were given no plates or silverware. Our main food order came out with a minute of our appetizer. Our food was delivered by someone else than our waiter which isn’t a big deal but our waiter came back to check on us & my husband ordered a second beer. He waited over 15 minutes and we finished eating and never did get his beer. When the waiter did try to bring it we were ready to leave so I told him we didn’t want the beer and to please get a box. He never returned. Our bill and box was delivered by someone else after asking for it after another 10 minutes. There were customers at the bar that were ignored by the bartender who was more worried about 2 guys that appeared to be friends at the other end of the bar. The floor in the bar area and men’s bathroom were disgusting. The bar was left unattended quite a few times by the bartender. Unfortunately there were only about 4 other tables in the entire place so it wasn’t like the wait staff was overworked or short staffed. For the VERY first time in my life we didn’t leave a single cent for a tip & we will NEVER be back. Got there around 7:30 on a Saturday night, restaurant was dead. Waited 5+ minutes before someone seated us. Waitress was quick to our table to take our order. After putting our order in, another table was seat right behind us for the same waitress and she took their order. After a short wait, that table got their food. Our kids were confused about how that table got their food before us, I told them it was probably because we had ordered a couple burgers too where that table just had wings. Fast forward about 10 minutes, the waitress brings out our 2 burger/fry combos that we had ordered and said it would be just a few more minutes before the 2 orders of wings and french fries came out for our kids. A few minutes go by, she brings the wings out and says that she is just waiting on fresh fries. By this time, I had already finished my meal. By the time that the fries came out, we had all finished our food. Never have I had a 15-20 minute delay in all of an order making it to the table. While waiting for the kids to finish their fries (this is a solid 1hr 15 minutes into our dine experience) I decided to use the restroom. It was absolutely horrifying! Paper towels on the floor because the garbage was overflowing and puddles of urine on the floor at the urinals. After sitting at a table for over 20 minutes the 1 woman waitress who walked by us at least 6 times says the guy will be waiting on us, no acknowledgment till that point, took at least another 10 minutes for him to wait on us, but another group came in before she acknowledged us and she waited on them and another table of 2, before we got waited on. There were only her and him so understand short staffed but when 2 to 3 other tables get waited on before us is frustrating. Ordered food which went fine, but when got food was not hot, wings were overcooked, fries were barely warm as you could tell had been sitting in the back for awhile, had to go up to bar to get refills. Guy was way overwhelmed basically telling others would be at least 30 minutes before anyone could take there order. Seen at least 12 people walk out then a couple more come in sit and girl waits on them right away. One table came and guy said could wait so they sat there for at least 10 minutes still not offered drinks and again the girl will not take table but wait on table that came in after them. Sorry but service was horrible, he was way overwhelmed, and since bar area why did she not take first people in instead of leaving some sit but wait on people that came in after them.
