Fun games, disappointed in the laser tag and staff. I have gone to adventure zone with my family for a long time; about 2-3 times a year. There had always been cheaters in laser tag but I have never taken it to heart at all, they’re just kids. But this time we had a smaller team, with 2 different group of kids that were all buddies. They all demanded we play free for all, the staff not even consulting me and my 7 year old sister, and it was her first time ever playing. Let’s start at the tutorial. The groups of kids were all chatting loudly during the tutorial and my sister was unable to hear the TV, and did not know how to play because of this. The blonde girl who was the staff just sat outside the room on her phone during the video. Afterwards, she didn’t ask if anyone had any questions, she didn’t ask us if we needed to review either. When we finally got to grab our vests, I noticed my clips on mine were broken. I went to inform the same staff girl there, but she responded snottily, saying, “Well, theres nothing I can do about it so just put it back.” This, to me, was extremely rude. I am here to have a good time with my sister, and you’re going to be snarky to me? I have payed to be there for years and you’re not even gonna do your job correctly or at the very least have good customer service? We finally got into the free for all laser tag game, and immediately I had all the little kids and the group of buddies swarming me and my sister, who again is brand new and does not know how to play because of the staff’s negligence. Those other kids were not playing free for all, they were just teaming up with each other and targeting new people. How is that fair? And mind you that staff girl is just sitting there at the front on her phone, not even acknowledging the game going on. This wasn’t the only problem I had while there today, but I don’t feel like writing another essay about my problems. I probably will not be coming back here for a while, and we maybe will go to the other fun places near adventure zone that are also CHEAPER. this place has raised its prices without a question not that it was not akways a bit pricey but for it to be even more now an offering less is a bit much. this is not what i would call a affordable family location expect to blow atleast 20 for a half hour max for one person. A family could easily spend a hundred bucks an get a tootsie roll for a prize if your lucky. Every time I have been there in the last year or so about four to five atleast of the games are not operational. They took out the ones like the Price is Right an the other push dozer ones like it. Plus they removed the ones with the wheel which you try to drop your coin on a certain space which i used to play everytime i went there. I also am.not real impressed with the xards i think they sometimes are a rip off an makes it hard to share amoung your kids instear forces you to buy everyone their own which if they drop the card your just plain out the money. I also noticed they seemed to raise the amount of tickets requieed for the prizes nit that you were not already spending a fortune for the tickets its overkill to also put such a high amount of mark up on the prises as well for a dollar toy it should not have a mark up of over 200% that a bit much. i am thinking that the place in itsekf is getting to be a bit to wxpensive for the entertainment your recieve an i find it also is a bit unfair to people who have issues with growing tgere is no reason that a two year old child should be allowed to go down a slide but a six year who is not as big both in weight an height as the two year old cant I find that a bit discriminating an rude to say the least. It is rude an discriminating to those children to be denied the same opportunities as someone half their age just because of a medical issue they can not control but that dont mean they are not more then capable of going...

Many things to do, just none of them well done. Purchased tickets through the hotel my family and I are staying for $10. That $10 included unlimited laser tag, unlimited mini golf, $2 for arcade and $2 for the batting cages. If you have a child that is small enough for the bouncy house area it is still an additional $3, as it is not included with the $10 ticket. Make sure to bring extra money, majority of the games (even the old Sega driving games from 96) are $1 per play or more. Pac man for .50? Many ticket based games (some taking tokens some the player cards. The lack of uniformity between games ended up costing more because some machines you swipe to play and others you swipe your player card to claim your tickets). The mini golf is sub par, no containment surrounding the course for the stray balls that end up in the children's area or the arcade area. My older kids did enjoy the laser tag. The bouncy houses were in a very dimly lit area in the back of the warehouse next to the mini golf. My 4 year old had a really good time for around 30 minutes. There are only 3 bouncy things, so the price of $3 seemed fair. I did not look into the food prices or even what was offered. There is a famous Dave's within the same building. Over all we all felt that it was a disappointment mostly due to the cost of games, player cards rather than tokens, poor lighting and an over all lazy feel from staff (with the exception of laser tag).
