ON POINT — Local services in Duluth

I recently took a trip with work to the LP plant just north of Duluth. While I was shopping for my wife and kids I happened upon this lovely store. I got my kids all tee shirts, and my wife a bumper sticker, they all loved everything! I then went to put the bumper sticker on the car and it was GONE! I looked everywhere, but I couldn't find it, crazy house over here.

Anyway, today after I got home from work, I found the bumper sticker in my front yard, my dog had etched some teeth marks in it.

I contacted the store and the person on the other end of the conversation told me that their store does not offer shipping services, but they would find time to personally mail me another one.

I really just liked the sticker and my wife also liked it. It was meaningful because I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to get back there and she just got a new car. I am so grateful for the amazing human beings of Duluth, but also the staff...

One star us too much. The manager On Point and the sister store Duluth Deals do not honor their exchange policy. We bought a tactical stun gun that was demonstrated by the employee. We were told that if it is not working we could bring it back for a exchange. We were aware that they do not give a refund. Of course the stun gun was broken and wouldn't charge. When we came back for a exchange we were flatly told by the manager that they would have not exchange it and we would have to settle with the money manufacture. When we pointed out that we were told differently by her employee we were asked to leave the store. Even though there is a sign at the checkout desk that they do exchanges only and no refunds. Of course we stated our point of view and she called to cops and asked them to charge us for trespassing. Do not buy anything from these stores you will...

Took a trip to Duluth today. To end our day we decided to check out some of the shops. I was with my children, my dad, my brother, and my fiancé. My fiancé and brother went to check out their own shops, so my fiancé handed me some money before leaving. I was then followed to shops down, was being watched as I shopped, then stopped as I was trying to leave the store. I was then asked if I “took something that wasn’t mine”. She said she wasn’t “accusing” me, just making sure I didn’t take anything that wasn’t mine. I then told her to search me, she said no while staring at her phone. She said she “seen someone hand me something”. Won’t be back to those shops again. While I could’ve handled the situation better as I said a few choice words, I should not have been accused in the first place ESPECIALLY in front of my children. If I could give this place 0...
