I wish I could give a 0 star!
This was not my first visit, and I must say my initial experience was somewhat enjoyable. However, my recent trip was absolutely dreadful. My daughter was made to wait four hours for a silk press, as the stylist prioritized other clients over her. At just 11 years old, she was left in the waiting room, where inappropriate videos played, making both of us uncomfortable. After I expressed my dissatisfaction and left mid-appointment, the stylist called me, yelled about her unprofessional behavior, and then hung up on me. She even blocked my number afterward. I genuinely feel sorry for anyone who chooses to go there based on my experience. There are many other salons that provide superior services and treat their clients with respect. I strongly advise seeking alternatives.

It's one thing to talk about a misunderstanding but to be completely rude to where I can't even get out what I have to say is disrespectful and the only reason why I didn't curse her out was because I was in a room full of people. I cancelled my appointment at midnight or a little after how am I calling the shop or you to tell you anything ?! It was my first time using style seat and that's what I cancelled on I also have the email proving that I did. Now if it didn't register on your end then that's one thing that could have been talked about but from my end I knew I cancelled it and I woke up to a message saying I was charged a no show fee. If it was only $5 then whatever I won't make a big deal out of it but as clear as day it said the no show fee was $25 and I didn't feel like I deserved to be charged anything. It was just a misunderstanding. The next time come correct. Talk to me not at me cause I don't do well with disrespect and I also was going to give her another try at a later date but I'll pass. Watch how you talk to people š.
Update: I'm not about to go back and forth I don't know how the app works like I just mentioned it was my first time using it so whether or not I used it properly is irrelevant I know I got an email saying I cancelled it though. You did try to check me that's why you hung up on me before I could get a word out. She isnāt considerate of peopleās time and is very rude. I made an appointment for 2:30 and she texted me two hours before my appointment, to come an hour later because she all of a sudden had an errand to run, while I was at work. My phone is off when Iām at work. When I turn my phone (on silent) back on there is a delay for when I receive past texts. So I didnāt get the text until I was already at the salon at 2:30 (original appointment time).
I tried to speak with her about the matter but she was very condescending and rude. She never once apologized for the inconvenience that moving the appointment time may have caused. Instead she told me āitās not my fault your phone was on silentā and then she had the audacity to tell me doesnāt want to do my hair (after Iāve been waiting, at this point almost an hour for the new 3:30 appointment) because Iām the one with an attitude.
All I can say is donāt waste your money and time at this salon. There are plenty of other salons that treat there customers with respect.
