I have had issues in the past with this location. Specifically, after having used my Amex card here, someone attempted fraudulent transactions on two occasions (never happened before). My theory is that either their employees are sterling CC information, or their payment system is not very secure; or both.
However, my main reason for writing this review is due to a situation that occurred last week. Initially I came through the drive-through to order a kids meal for my two year old son. I paid for the meal with a $20.00 bill (which he checked with a counterfeit marker). After confirming that the money I gave him was real, he gave me change that was due. After leaving the pick-up window with the meal, I discovered that Bryon had forgot to give me the drink that I had ordered with the meal. I then proceeded to park my vehicle, went inside and got the drink. Just before I left the parking lot, my son informed me that he had been given a girls toy with his kids meal. I go back inside the restaurant for the second time and request for an exchange on the toy.
Fast forward..I go approximately 2 miles up the street to a nearby McDonalds to get something to eat for myself. After having placed my order, I reached in my pocket to pull out the change that I had just received from Burger King. The Manager took the the ten dollar bill and asked me to hold on for a moment while she went to get change for her drawer. When she returned, she politely informed me that she could not give back the ten dollar bill that I gave her because it was counterfeit. I was so disappointed that I canceled my order, and immediately returned to the the Burger King that I was given the money at. When I returned and explained to Byron that he had just given me counterfeit money, his reply was "sorry bout that" and turned around and walked away. He couldn't even look me in the eyes, nor did he seem sincere in his apology. Further more, he made zero attempts to remedy the situation, considering that I just lost $10.00 because of his inability to properly identify counterfeit money that he passed along to one of his customers. Read moreI ordered on the app.for curb pick up. I arrived at 11:47 am. When I arrived I hit the button "I am here". I waited and waited no order came. While waiting I saw 3 Burger King female employees come out to speak to the car next to me. They chatted up for over 25 minutes, right next to my car. Then I saw a male Burger king employee filling out some type of application from another car, trying to get his picture to the people in the car next to me with a white wall background and without his burger king hat on. I finally went inside@12:47 one hour after I arrived.I asked to speak to the manager who asked one of the females who was outside talking to show her my order. She stated that the curbside order is gone, because I didn't come in for it. I stated it was curbside which means I park and they bring it to me. I ordered curbside due to my medical condition. She said it was curbside but I changed it to drive thru. I said that's not possible to do with a completed order. Showed her my phone that said the time I logged in that was out in the parking lot and had the time stamp of 11:47 am. She laughed and said I should have come in. They handed me a bag that was not my order and that had no drinks, I ordered 3. I refused it. So the manager threw it in the garbage right in front of me. I left. I said that I will be contacting Burger King and placing a google review of the horrible customer service, it's not rocket science just fast food. Admit your mistake and offer to correct it. Read more😡😡😡😡😡😡 loddy was disguising!!!!! All of the trash can were full and over flowing. The drink machine did not work. The store manager was on the line cooking and fixing food WRONG!!!!! A customer was in front of me, when we had a complaint (he stated they had fixed his sandwich wrong 3 tines. SMH). We had to wait for my husband crispy chicken sandwich. I wouldn't have mind if it was a acceptable sandwich. My husband crispy chicken was GREASY and the mayo was CLUMPY and full of the grease from the chicken. After asking for a coke from drive thru..... It have sweet tea mixed with coke. After asking to speak with the store manager, he stated "I can't to her right now" and he had instructed the shift manager to deal with it. So I asked the shift manager for my money back and I went across the street to Zaxby's and my husband had to eat elsewhere. So needless to say, WE WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK...
