Every employee at this store was so kind and helpful! I wasn’t anticipating buying the LEGO set my son wants for his birthday when I went today, but it was on sale and I couldn’t pass up the deal. Unfortunately, my son was with me and I didn’t want the surprise to be ruined. James was so understanding and went well out of his way to ensure my son didn’t see I bought it. He rang it up without the box and even took it in back to disguise it in an unmarked box. He walked it to my car after the fact and put it in the trunk for me. Then, because of all of the secrecy, I wasn’t offered a promotion that’s going on. I called back and Linda was so kind. She made sure I got the BrickHeadz and that they would be shipped to my house. Linda and her entire team at this store are incredible! Every single time I have entered this store, my son's and I have immediately been greeted with smiles and an eagerness to be helped! The closing of Toy's R US and Disney stores nation wide was a huge bummer for me and my family. It is unbelievably refreshing to have found a store that brings the good ol days of watching children in awe at a toy store with unreplaceable staff members.
