I had gone here for a wisdom tooth extraction once and they did an okay job so i thought id go again for my other side but when i called for an appointment they were flat out rude and dismissive. I woke up to aching pain and couldn’t open my mouth and speak so first i had my boyfriend call them to make an appointment. The receptionist kept implying they dont have any availability and when asked “so whens the next availability” she kept insisting there was none. So then I had my mom call in and easily made an appointment which is confusing and discriminating…then they had called me a few minutes later stating they had a earlier availability slot. But when I call back they switch up stating it was the wrong number etc and that they never said so. I truly dont think it was the dentists fault but i see it as the receptionist. BEWARE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED My wife went there because they were cheaper than in Columbia, SC and Korean's usually look out for each other. Boy was I wrong. We paid $10,000 for implants. Once they were completed and installed we had nothing but problems. The anchors would come lose, and the dentures themselfs fell apart at least 7 times. We put a couple thousand miles on our car driving back and forth. Finally after about a dozen trips (this is no exageration) we asked for 10% ($1000) partial refund so we could have them repaired locally and they refused. I honestly don't think this guy should have a license. At one fitting he had them on so tight that he sent a nurse out to our car where I was waiting for me to come back in to pull the dentures lose. 100% true story. Got there at 8:58am for a 9am appt. It's past 9:20am and they are letting people who came in AFTER me be seen first saying "theirs would be a quick visit". What kind of a messed up answer is that!? Why make me an appt for 9am if you are going to let every person that walks in AFTER ME be seen first? Then the doctor sees me for not even 5 minutes and he tells me to make another appt for a cleaning and another procedure! I WENT THERE FOR A CLEANING AND HES TELLING ME TO MAKE ANOTHER APPT?!
