Management on duty was Rachel is horrible here several employees tried to get manager on duty on 8/31/18 @5:00-5:34pm checked out at 5:40pm time frame to come to front to assist customers with NASTY Gross bathrooms. Bathroom didn’t have a closed sign to prevent customers from entering and apparently this is the norm for this location. The employees said they have to walk to Marshalls to use bathroom sad. Employees giggled and said the bathrooms are always horrible and it’s not their responsibility to clean them and were afraid to tell me the manager name on duty. Whoever the GM is needs to Be FIRED if my business was I would be livid people are being paid to manage it and it’s disgusting!!!!!! I really had to use the the bathroom but couldn’t due to the conditions. I have been to multiple Tj Maxx and every single one of them have absolutely wonderful customer service they all are very jolly and happy to be at work. Well today I go in this one because it was close by me after school just trying to finish my Christmas shopping I went to jewelry and it was this lady name UFUOMA she is a coordinator and was very unprofessional to the point I won’t be back!! She act like she didn’t want to be at work, she had a line of customers and was moving very slow!! I ask her a question and she reply “I don’t know” so I had to figure it out myself! If u don’t want to be at work LEAVE. People are out trying to Christmas shop and wants to be greeted and be uplift in a great mood. Who wants to shop in that environment I DONT! They need to teacher her great costumer service and for her to be a coordinator is ridiculous!!! They need...

I'm considered a Maxanista..one who shops a lot.............3 days ago...store was a mess..not been cleaned up from the night..day.. ..... before.....felt like they were in the middle of some major moves and perhaps short of help.....women's shoes looked fine. .the isles overall and around the store were crowded with rolling racks coming and going.. boxy floor fixtures.......hard to get around store fast. ... appears very well managed in terms of having key people ..usually get greeted. .cashiers are efficient . well trained... professional and helpful. .and nice.........this has to b a profitable high volume store ..need to support it better..........also clean up the front..outside there is always trash overflowing..shopping carts...
