Sarah is a hit or miss with color. I showed her a pic of a pale blonde haired girl and told her I wanted to get something similar to that. She lightened my hair 2 times (i had prelightened color hair already) and I thought she would stop right there because the blonde I was seeing thru the mirror from the bleaching was along what I had envisioned but she for some reason put a violet purple color or whatever all over my hair.
