This is one of the best Korean catering companies that we have used at the office! We've had a lot of hit or misses catering companies in the past. The Korean Thanksgiving food was delicious! We have a multicultural office environment and some of the employees are picky. The picky employees hands down loved it! The owner spoke both Korean and English so it made my order so easy. Mrs. Kim was very sweet and threw in some extra goodies in the order. We will definitely order from The Banchan again for future catered orders. Everyone was hungry so we didn't take any pictures of the bulgogi, jjun, songpyeon rice cakes, chicken ggan jeon (these went fast and there were no leftovers of this chicken), japchae, odeng noodle salad, young radish kimchi, and melons. We catered food from The Banchan for the first time. I had a pretty good feeling about the food based on Google reviews. My first impression of the owner was so sweet! She explained everything so well and was very easy to work with. She emphasized using good ingredients for all her food. She also mentioned that she tries not to take too many orders so that she can focus on the quality of the food. I think she is right because all our guests loved the Chicken GangJeong, Korean pancakes, Squid spicy salad, and JapChae. The food was just perfect! Everyone loved everything about the menu. This place was amazing. Everything is made homemade style and sourced from local farmers and vendors. Ms. Kim was absolutely sweet and explained everything to my husband and I including health benefits of the foods that were there. We ordered a tray of fried chicken wings for an incredibly reasonable price and that lasted us a long time. We also ordered galbi and it had an amazing smoked flavor. We got some radish kimchi, marinated egg and some soups as well, and there was nothing that I got that I didn’t like. 10/10 I will be supporting her business again! Thank you Ms. Kim.
