Horrible customer service and experience. I purchased an item and it rang up more than what was marked, so I came back within 10 minutes to return it. The woman interrupted us saying that we could not return Sanrio items. I wouldn't have a problem if that's the posted policy, but nowhere in the store does it say this. The return policy on the receipt and on the sign in the store do not state anything about Sanrio being final sale, and I was not informed of this when I made the purchase. The employee told me that it was the wrong price posted because they are "literally restocking right now." The shelf was full of them item that I purchased. It had been stocked. She also said it was the wrong price sticker because people can move the price magnets themselves, and that's a whole issue itself.
In addition, this same worker was yelling at a male coworker who asked to go on break because he hadn't eaten lunch yet (it was 7pm). She told him that he was a man and he couldn't be a wuss and say he was hungry. I think that is highly inappropriate and flat-out rude to say in general, and especially right in front of customers. I am concerned about how management is treating their employees.
There were boxes, merchandise, and bags everywhere on the floor and it was honestly a tripping hazard.
I will definitely not return and I do not recommend shopping at this store until they get better employees...

However, there are a couple of things that ruin the whole Miniso experience. 1) The pricing is either confusing, missing or wrong. 2) There are always boxes on the sales floor which is such a danger! Like do these employees not think about an easy lawsuit that could made? 3) The customer service sucks at this location!! No one greets you. You ask a question and you get an eyeroll or attitude. The employees don't inform you about anything like rewards or the shopping bag at the end. I was so confused when my items were just handed to me at the end of checkout. But hey, the employees are the ones who are making this company lose its $$. It would be nice to see one of them at least smile or engage with the customers. Attempting a simple toy exchange turned into a nightmare thanks to a clueless and rude employee in his mid-20s white young man and blond hair wearing glasses. Despite the store's clear policy allowing returns within 7 days, this guy insisted everything was final sale. After showing him the policy on their own website, he continued to spew nonsense, treating me like I was the problem.
I asked for his name and a manager's contact, but he arrogantly refused, threatening to call security and even the police when I tried to take a photo. I'm a mother of three, and I've never encountered such absurdity in a kids' store. This guy's attitude screams mental sickness or serious anger issues. Luckily, another cashier stepped in to resolve the issue, confirming the initial employee's incompetence....
