We just visit there . We give our order we just wait for 1:30 hours for our food but till waiting but they say every time just 5 more minutes there service is not good we give one chaat till we wait for 45 minutes after chaat the test is not good pls don’t go to Shivam restaurant when you go our there you will be back without food and anger face I soo disappointed with this pls don’t go our there one more thing after I give order some more guest come and they also give order and they get food on time that’s I don’t like it when I say them they just come after me have can they get food before me then they tell me they have small order and I say my order is also small we just give two sabji one chaat one Chas one khadhi and two bajri rotalo I think this is not big order they do partiality with customer they not Serv...

2nd visit to this place. Standards and service has declined. It would be a shame to loose this restaurant owing to bad customer service.

Good part: Main course food tastes good and authentic. Sadly, that’s the only good part

Bad - worse: Took 55 mins to serve Chats . With no more than 4 tables occupied around 18 customers. Puri based chats are stuffed with sev. Bland and stale (check the pic, that’s supposedly Dahl puri) not smart to serve chats first, then followed by main course; everything he’s dumped at once after 1.15 hrs even serving canned Thums up, Limca took. 45 mins with constant asking took orders of items and came back after 45 mins saying they don’t have it!

@Owners - Take note and ACT! You are squandering an opportunity to establish Kathiyawadi- Veg food brand purely due to bad service...

Very Oily, Watery food served without a smile! Wouldn’t recommend any dishes on the attached receipt image as not sure which upset my stomach.

As a fishetarian, I found the options seemed pretty good on the menu. But, the service was mostly poker faced, and many of the basic dishes did not really come up to the proper taste. For example, I ordered the Chaas, also known as buttermilk, but was very watery with absolutely no presence of Dahi/yogurt in it. The Dahi chaat tasted okay, but the egg plant curry was very oily, and the paav bhaaji was also very oily enough to upset my stomach pretty quickly before I paid the bill!
