Great Harvest Bread Co. — Restaurant in Duluth

The food and bread here is great however I’ve been coming here for years (at least 7 years) & the employees have never been friendly at all. In fact, they’re often rude and extremely impatient. Rarely do they ever answer the phone. The website says sandwiches are served until 3 on weekdays but actually it’s 230 and I’ve had a couple times when they wouldn’t even take my order after 2pm. I love the panini sandwiches here so stopped for lunch. The host took my order and payment and then told me there might be a little bit of a wait. I checked back after 15 minutes of waiting to find out the real reason for the wait was one if the grills wasnt working. They told me it'd be only a few more minutes. So many great things to say about Great Harvest! They have the best customer service in town, it always smells incredible, and the coffee is always hot and fresh and brewed perfectly.
