If you would like a family operated store that makes high quality jewelry for a low price then look no further than this store. I was very pleased with the quality for the price I paid. My purchase was a square cut, halo custom black diamond engagement ring and I only ended up paying a total of 1400 dollars for the ring and the wedding band.

If you would like to receive false promises, order under the expectation of terrible communication, and be yelled at for their own mistakes, then look no further than Milkes Jewelers.

I had a friend who recommended me to Milkes because of the quality and price. He warned me however that the company had its issues. He was told that he would receive a certain “class” of diamond and he paid extra to receive, but when the ring was given to him he discovered that it was not as promised.

Although I was warned I still chose to go with the company due to the price and quality of rings. I went in with my fiance and we paid for the ring on the spot because I was told that the ring would take 6 weeks to produce and be given to me. Long story short the ring took almost 13 weeks to produce and I had to call them on about 5 different occasions to remind them about the ring. They failed to call me for me to come see the ring mold, which was in pieces so it was difficult to see how the final product would turn out. They failed to notify me on 3 separate occasions of when the ring would be ready.

To their credit they did reimburse me about 500 dollars for their mistake but this far did not make up for the stress I had to encounter of almost not having a ring to propose to.

The worst thing about the experience was by far the woman that works in this store. Not only was she the head of all the issues I encountered but she went so far as to yell at me and speak about how I was not important because she focused on larger businesses and accused me of lying and only having a bad attitude because of my friends situation. The silver lining of the situation was that the son and father of the business really tried to work with me and help me out rather than work against me like the wife did.

The price is worth the product you pay for but the price is not worth the dysfunction of the business. If you do choose to do business with this family, be sure to arrive after 4:30. That's when the wife leaves...

LOVE LOVE LOVE Milke's Jewlers. I cannot say enough good things about them. I've had several dealings and each time the service and the product is always top notch. First let me speak on Marlee, she is the heart and soul of Milke's. She has always been so welcoming since my very first time walking in. She greets you with a smile and has the patience to answer each and every one of my questions. No matter how many times I ask to see this piece or that piece, she always does it with a smile on her face. I've had custom pieces made (several) and I will continue to do so because of Marlee and Robert. I've recommended them to several people who are looking for custom pieces. They have always communicated time frames and status updates on the pieces so i am never left wondering what is going on. Their prices are reasonable as well. I will tell anyone who asks for jeweler to go here. You will NOT be disappointed with the people or the product. I have a child with Autism and we went to them with the idea of a puzzle piece to wear on a necklace. They worked with us with the drawing and always kept in communication with us until it was completed. My husband went to them to have my wedding ring upgraded. He didn't know what he wanted but Robert and Marlee sat with him and went over ideas until the 3 of them came up with the perfect ring. I could go on and on about my experiences with them. They completely DESTROYED a family heirloom. The woman at the front was absolutely unacceptable in ever form and fashion. Rude, disrespectful, and outright inappropriate…especially when your are someone like myself looking for advice seeking help in a decision and hoping to get an expert opinion. HORRIBLE! After 3 times I went back hoping they could do the job they claim they can… I paid 80 for a destroyed ring worth over 6000 and a ring i still have to get fixed. All in all I took my ring to the original jeweler paid 400 for a ring that just needed sizing to begin with and they told me not only was my ring completely messed up, but also they used the cheapest and worst material and it literally broke apart THEY DESTROYED MY RING!!! IT WILL NEVER BE THE SAME! My heart is broken, MILKEYS doesnt understand what it means to get something from someone who is gone… cherish it … hold it as a representation of what you lost … and have it destroyed.
