I have brown skin and curly hair. I went to this store to look for party invitations. As I walked around the store, I noticed one of the store clerks following me. Every time I went to a new aisle, I would look up to see her standing at the end of aisle, glaring right at me. She was really creepy. She wasn't interested in the many other customers in the store who were all pale-skinned. Needless to say, I chose not to spend my hard-earned money there. It could have ended poorly, but she was committed to making sure that I left the store a happy customer. As I watched her take care of other customers while attending to me, she made them feel like they were the only people in the store. I have always been happy with this Hallmark location and JoAnne's willingness to do whatever it takes, confirmed my opinion. This store also seems to have lost many of the great products it once had, such as Precious Moments or Disney products.
