I have been vising the salon for about 6 years now and never had any issues, and was always satisfied with the results that I was receiving until my last visit. I used to see the same hair stylist by name Sandy over the years but; unfortunately; she quit a few months ago and I had to find someone else. Long story short, after my last visit my hair was burnt so much by the coloring product that after 2 days it started to break off(half of the hair strand and it was scary. I never went back to the salon or said anything to the hair stylist.
