I sent them a weird last-minute request (a life-size cut out of soccer player Kevin Alvarez for my cousin's Quince surprise gift) Not only did they respond quickly, but they worked with me to get the best photo of him and were very clear and upfront about the cost and the material that would be used. I sent my request on a Monday and said I needed it for the party on Saturday, and they had 'Kevin' ready to pick up on Tuesday! The quality was excellent and Kevin was the life of the party. My only regret is not getting more photos of him, but please enjoy these blurry photos. You made a quinceañera very, very happy. Now I just need more occasions to have an excuse to make more life-size cut outs....
